When is the perfect timing?

Do not wait until conditions are perfect, then only begin to action.
If you want to wait until conditions are perfect for starting operations, it is likely you will never start.
In reality, there is no perfect starting time to do something. You have to act when there is promlem and solve it right way.

To practice, and not just fantasy
An idea stay in your mind with no action, it will become weaker when time pass. Remember, the idea itself can not bring success
Idea is very important, but it only become value when you execute it.
